Wonderful place of BusinessI went online to check for a very specific tire and found it on their websiteso we called them up paid for the tire over the phone and made the min drive upWhen I got there I walked into the front entrance was greeted right away, I gave her my information and within mins I was instructed to go to the pick up area, where my tire was waiting for meit was all cleaned up and ready to roll

I've order from here before and got good value I was surprised to find that one tire in each pair I ordered had a hole that had been plugged I use these tires to road track a ZCorvette at speeds that exceed mph so I took them to my local tire dealer and asked him about the plug repair They inspected the way the plug was applied and told me it was done correctly and, therefore, I should have no problem at the track I will find out Dec 2-at Road Atlanta Stay tuned

Not pleased with the quality of my product... had a flat 10 mins after the tires were installed, and a side blow out 90 days after purchase on another. When I contacted them, I was told I was past my warranty, even with it being three months. However, I was offered a 15% coupon on my next purchase. Are these people for real... another purchase?!!
Ended up having to replace all 4 tires with new ones. Wish I had done that first before throwing away the money on a used set!!!

Buyer beware! They will send you damaged tires with holes in them . My friend was sent a tire with a hole in it. After waiting for days and with her car in the air at the shop, the tire was sent with a puncture in it. She has small children and the way Julio was talking down to her and didn't apologize was very insensitive. She had them on speaker phone and I seriously was floored by how bestusedtires.com treated her. He claimed he was the Dir. of Sales and very rude He cut her off, talked over her, asked her if she was done talking, and thought it was funny that he was the head man in charge. When she asked who complaints go to, he arrogantly confirmed they go through him. She cried when she hung up the phone as the only thing they offered was for her to send the tire back or pay for the repair. It puts you in a bad place once you get the tire after waiting days and being without a car and finally to get it and it is damaged. Very bad business.

Review: I bought two tires from vyc_besttires (Vyc Tires) on [redacted] in march 2014.

The tires badly affected my car. I had to spend $450 on tie-rod replacement and front bearing replacement and I still got vibration from the tires in front. After the tires moved to the rear, the rear vibrates. I was told the cord is broken in one tire. Also, the windshield started to crack - also was told the vibration in front may be a cause.

I asked for 50% refund and received none. vyc_besttires redirected me to [redacted] ... when [redacted] support already expired (after 45/60 days).

When I replaced one of two tires, the tire had a patch, which could probably covering the puncture, which broke the cord of the tire. The vyc tire was disposed after replaced with new one.

Remaining 2nd of two tire causes noise and may cause bearing leakage. It (2nd tire) was difficult to diagnose when two tires were on the car.Desired Settlement: I'd expect full refund of the purchase (as with time it appears both tires are defective) - $87.00

Review: I ordered tires from VYC and received them in a timely fashion. When I went to put them on the vehicle, I was told they are not safe to put on the vehicle because there are numerous sidewall repairs in areas that flex and therefore are unlikely to remain intact. I spoke to the company who informed me they would accept them as long as I paid return shipping as per their return policy. I pointed out that their return policy specifically says they do not sell tires with sidewall repairs. I sent them pictures and their "experts" deemed them safe. I explained that in Massachusetts, you cannot get tires mounted if there has been sidewall repairs and that they were NOT safe. They again referred to their return policy.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund as well as for the company to pay for return shipping as their return policy specially states they do not sell tires with sidewall repairs and the tires received had numerous sidewall repairs.

Review: Purchased tires from this company that were advertised having thread depth of 8/32" and they shipped me tires with thread depth of 2/32" and flat spots with almost no thread that cause severe vibrations. The tires are not safe for road use and they want me to pay for return shipping in order to process refund.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for return shipping and refund full amount.

Review: Purchased a used set of tires from the company after reading that they fully inspect, repair, and air test all tires to make sure that there ok to be used. Upon receiving the tires I took to my local tire shop and had them put on after installing three they noticed two of the tires was slowly leaking air through patches on inside of the tire and another which had two patches inside the tire was leaking air through two large holes on the sidewalls of the tires. I was forced into buying a brand new set of tires from the shop because my stock tires was not worthy of paying the charge to have put back on, I was also charged $50.00 for the half installation of the used tires I purchased that were no good. The mechanic that performed the service gave me his card and told me to have them call if there was any questions on what was wrong with the tires. I am willing to take that loss of money that really should never have happened if VYC would've done as the stated and air tested all there tires, the tires shouldn't have been sold in the first place as only 1 tire of the 4 was good. I took pictures of the tires mounted at the shop including the patches and the large gaping hole which I sent to VYC to try and file a return claim. They responded wanting to send me one new tire to replace the tire with the hole in the sidewall ( didn't mention replacing the other 2 that was no good) or I could ship the other three tires back to them to receive a full refund. My concern is ive already lost $50.00 for something that was there fault and now theres no telling what it will cost to have 4 tires shipped back to Pennsylvania. I offered to send them back but they would have to send me a prepaid shipping label or shipping company to my house at there expense.Desired Settlement: I would like to my full refund of $311.89 and have the charge covered of $50.00 for installing the bad tires and having them taken back off. But I would settle for my refund and not having to pay the shipping fees to return there tires back to them.

I ordered two tires from here, and it took four or five days for them to get here. They looked good, so no issues there.
I took them to get mounted and during the mounting of one, a leak was found. The tire was flat within an hour.
I called and was told to take a picture of the flat tire. I emailed it in, and for four days, I got emails back obviously from different people, because the same information was requested over and over.
I got fed up and finally called. I wanted a refund of the tire as well as another $20 credited for the cost of mounting a faulty tire. I had to work my way up the ladder and finally reached a manager named J[redacted].
J[redacted] was short and rude with me and kept talking over me, refusing to listen to what I had to say. I explained that I was out $20 because they failed to inspect the tire properly. He said because it wasn't mounted there, there was nothing they could do. Of course it wasn't mounted there; they're in PA and I'm in **. He said it was 50% the shop's fault who mounted the tire because they should have also seen the leak. How can you see a leak in a tire until it's mounted and has air in it?
This J[redacted] guy was a jerk.
Looking through their reviews, it seems as though the majority of 5* reviews are fake. They're all written identically.
Never doing business with them again, that's for sure.
UPDATE: shortly after I left the above review, they sent the following email:
"At this point if you are willing to remove the comment you made on g[redacted] once we see that it has been removed we can process that additional $20 as a courtesy. Please advise."
So they bribed me to give me the money back I was entitled to. I refused to take the review down and threatened to put them on blast on all other review sites unless they gave me my $20. Then they wrote, "After consulting with ownership that refund of $20 will be processed within 2-3 business days."
Now that the $20 has gone back to my card, I'm going to write reviews everywhere I can. That's what you get for trying to mess with people. You should have just given me back the $20 I deserved in the first place and you could have avoided all of this. Take this as a lesson.
