The customer has mailed the package back via priority mail, our warehouse department was never aware of that package being delivered to usCustomer sent an e-mail and was requested to just to send a proof that he returned the item so we could look into itWe
try to always make our customers happy and do not look into giving anyone a hard timeUnfortunately since was already over days we could not process the refund via Credit Card since the merchant service erases the records for refund, but we sent a check to the customer for $discounting the shipping which we already paid for, and as a customer satisfaction for the inconvenience we did not charge the customer a 10% restocking Fee that is mandatory for any item returnedWe look forward in growing our business offering the best customer service possibleWe try to be the best we can towards our customersHave a great day

Review: I purchased a pair of gi (martial arts) pants in August 2014. They did not fit and I returned them unused within the allowable time frame. I never received a refund. I contacted Vulkan by email and was asked to send verification of shipping. I did send that showing proof they were received by Vulkan and signed for at delivery. I have emailed several more times asking for a refund and have not heard anything back in several weeks.Desired Settlement: Refund of amount paid for gi pants =$67.98 - shipping cost of $8.00 I don't expect a refund for = $59.98.
