We have spoken to *** *** on several occasions regarding her security depositWe were unaware that Ms*** hadn’t received her security deposit until about a month and a half after she moved out. We investigated the situation once Ms*** stated that she never received
it, upon investigation the accounting department added an extra digit on the addressOur company policy states they we cannot cut a new check until the old one is returned in the mail as non-deliverableWe allow 30-days for this to take placeWe continued to stay in contact with them regarding issuing a new checkWe verified the address with the resident to make sure it was going to the correct addressWe forwarded this information to the accounting department and they informed us that a new check was mailed out to the correct addressThey stated the check was never returned to the office and they had to go through a special process to issue out a new check with the old check being presentThe check was mailed out on 10-11-We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, but we were following company guidelines in order to issue a new check *** *** Property Manager Vue at 3rd Street S3rd Street | Louisille, KY
