VTD Foundation

I purchased a home in Plano Texas that had a prior foundation repair completed by VTD Foundation. I had the foundation repair warranty transferred to my name when I purchased the home. After about 1 1/2 years of living in our home, our foundation had some movement which caused some cracking in our master bathroom walls, and shower tile grout. I called VTD and set up an appointment for a warranty inspection. Valentin (the owner of the company) came out and performed a visual inspection of the damage and foundation and determined that there was indeed movement and immediately set me up with an appointment for a crew to come out to repair the foundation under warranty. I received a text message a couple days prior to my appointment by the company Administrative Assistant Gia, confirming our scheduled appointment.
A crew of guys showed up at our scheduled day and time and began working. Valentin showed up shortly after to oversee the repair. A few hours later and the job was complete. The crew worked diligently to get the job done neatly and in a timely manner. Valentin was a pleasure to work with. He his very honest and customer service driven. He takes a lot of pride in the work his team does and will stand by his work. Now a days its very hard to find honest, and hard working contractors. I feel fortunate enough to have found a great one! I would recommend VTD Foundation to all my friends, family, and anyone in need of foundation repair.
