I have been playing phone tag with this customer regarding his return. The last message he left on 1/23/17 was that we have submitted a return authorization and prepaid return label. I have yet to locate his order within our system and have asked him to provide his order number so that I can check... the status of his return and refund as well as why the customer issued a complaint regarding our customer service department not getting back to him initially.
