When the customer came into the store to talk about the silver that he bought in 2014 he brought 2 other men with him and was acting very violent toward the sales lady. He wanted the sales person to go get owner and being very forceful ...The sales lady was afraid there was going to a fight and...

getting ready to call the police.  So the owner did not come out because he did not want to end up in a fight for his life.  #1 we don't know for sure if this was the same silver that we sold him or not.  It's been almost 3 years ago already.  we have no idea if he was trying to scam us or not.  we sold him silver and now he's trying to say it's not.  He did make another attempt to come back and this time came with one other guy and they were trying to go in the back were the owner works on jewelry. The one man stayed by the door where you go to the back like he was going to force his way in with his arms crossed and then the man who has the so called issue had to be told to leave and take this matter to court.  Again the sales lady thought she was going to have to call the police.  ( Our sales slips clearly states Exchanges accepted within 14 days. No cash Refunds. Special orders completed lay-aways or altered merchandise is non- returnable..  All repairs or lay-aways that are not completed and/or picked up within six months will be forfeited, no refunds or returns)  This is what it says on his receipt... Like I stated before we don't know if this is what we sold him after this many years. He will not be refunded.Thank youVosner Jewelers
