I don't except the reasoning because I made several attempts to follow up with him with no response. This happened 10/28/15. Since there is no other to repair this commercial brand stove/oven, since I only had one burner working since he worked on it. I have since then purchased s new one.
The only response I will except is full reimbursement of the 270.00 I paid up front for service.
