I ordered a kknkg straight preplucked 200% density human hair wig and paid extra for expedited shipping. I received my package 2 weeks later and it was nothing like the picture and video on the website. It was a synthetic costume wig that I received. I have emailed the company 3 times and also reached out to them on Facebook and they have yet to respond. Others on Facebook have also had the same issues . I wanted a refund and nobody ever contacted me from this scam.
