Review: On 08/31/13 about 5:00 I used a machine and it didn't work. When I went to see about getting 6.58 refund, the lady who is very nasty to her customer did not come out of the room she was in to resolve it, instead she ignore me and another customer. I don't mind doing business here, however, the lady who works here should be fire or she if the owner Revdex.com should to take inconsideration that her behavior I is inappropriate. We as customers, we expect good service and not ugliness and yes she indeed has lost my business. I feel as though I should give my business to a place who will not treat it's customers like this place. I'm not the first customer who has complained a few others has well. Horrible service.
