In most cases where two people are traveling together, one guest usually will utilize the spa while the other guest prefers relaxing around the pool or finding some alone time for themselves? This package was created for this experience and the details of the package reflect the offerings? In terms of this inquiry, in the interest of pleasing the guest, and providing the best customer service possible, our Spa Director made an exception to the parameters of the package, butthe guests had made other plans? We do hope that they will try us again, so they can experience Water's Edge and our 30th Anniversary of welcoming back families and friends to the resort? ?
