I am a retired and disabled pharmacist who had planned a three-day trip to Daytona Speedway for an SCCA event I use and own a mobility scooter at home and decided to rent from VMS The scooter was 1) not fully charged when I picked it up 2) suppled with a charger that was missing parts and 3) failed to recharge it even left on overnightIt left me stranded after about mile the next day I called multiple times to report these issues and ultimately returned it the next day I was called backby a rep of the "manager" who told me I would receive a refund for days only since they were closed by the time I discovered the issue To date, I have not received any credit at all and I filed a dispute with my CC company
