Review: I bought an e cigarette on 9/30 2013 it has now become defective and will not work. I went to the store and I was told it only had a 14 day warranty. I was never told about such a short warranty and would not have purchased it if I knew this. I contacted the distributor and they said there is a 3 month warranty available to all vendors and will send them a free replacement! I don't understand why they won't honor the warranty given to them. This is just horrible customer service and 14 days is absurd.Desired Settlement: Honor the manufactors warranty and give me a new replacement.

[redacted], I’m sorry you we’re told that your VV only had a 14 day warranty as that is not true.

Our store policy is 14 days against manufacture defect, unless otherwise stated by manufacture .

For example the [redacted] mod has a 30 day warranty against manufactures defect and [redacted] has a 3 month warranty on all of their products including the [redacted] against manufactures defects.

I will address this issue with the entire staff to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Please bring your [redacted] back in to the store and if it is not working due to a manufactures defect I will replace it for you [redacted].

Again I’m sorry you had this experience at my shop. I am willing to make it right.
