On 3//22/Ms [redacted] showed up at my shop with her [redacted] Vin# [redacted] with a overheating condition up on initial diagnostic she was inform that she has driven the car with no coolant in the system we had also inform her that the water pump was leaking and that we need to replace the pump in order to seal the system we where informed that the vehicle was overheated on separate occasion with the repairs being done at the dealer we informed Mrs [redacted] that we did not see any other damage at the time but due to the overheating circumstances we informed Mrs [redacted] that the engine may had suffer internal damage that may appear some time in the futureVehicle was release in working order.On 3/24/Mrs [redacted] returned with a overheating situation at this point after reinspecting vehicle she was inform of head gasket damage due to multiple prior engine overheating situation as per diagnose by our ASE Master technician Mike P.We try to help Mrs [redacted] in many ways with reduce labor and parts fees even a reduce price on a used engine but she declined both.Please see attached work orders regarding this jobThank you in advance,Edgar C
