Review: On March 11, 2015 an electronic check was submitted to my checking account for the amount of $38.48 which posted on March 12, 2015. Inital calls to the phone number on the company's website has been disconnected. I then received I receipt in the mail on March 16, 2015 with a different phone number whic states the hours of operation but noone answers and it goes to voice mail. The voice mail is consistently full so we are unable to leave contact information. I have filed a fraud report with my bank. This has required us to close our bank account cancel all cards related to this account. We must also redirect out employee direct deposit and all automatic payment for other monthly expenses. The service for which I was charged is for home phone internet service, we do not have a home phone so this service would not be utilized in our household. We have dealt with identity theft in the past and once again we have had to take time out of our business day to deal with this situation to avoid further financial impact on me and my family.Desired Settlement: We would expect a refund for the above mentioned amount in the form of a cashiers check as the bank account that was debited has been closed and we would not feel comfortable cashing a check that may not be honored when presented to the issuing bank without secured funds.

Review: Charges were made on my personal checking account for services I do not have or signed up for. There are two occasions where my bank account have been billed in the amount of $49.98; one on 4/24/2015 and 5/22/2015.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
Since these are true charges on my account, I want these amounts to refunded to my bank account.

Review: Never heard of the company "VOIP YOUR WORLD" and somehow the got my banking information and debited $49.98 from my checking account. I had to close my account to prevent them from billing me again. I have never heard of this company before this happened.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund
