I contacted the seller on behalf of me not receiving contact lenses I ordered. They assured me it would arrive soon. Then two months after I emailed them again asking for a refund and they kept denying me being refunded saying how its on the way its on the way just be patient. I had to practically beg them for my refund telling them I no longer want the product as it has been some months since I ordered it. They kept arguing with me even when I said I would report them and then they eventually stopped answering my emails and now I have no idea where my order is.
I ordered contacts from this company during a promotion that stated buy 2 get 1 free as well as free 2 day shipping. When I checked out it said it would take 7 days to ship. Afte 8 days I tried to track my package, I had to download an spp to my phone to do so which told me my package was in "China!" I contacted the company by email asking them to just reverse the shipping as I had not been aware they were out sourcing to China andthat they had already broken their end of our contract twice. They told me this was all due to covid-19 however looking at reviews now I see others have had the same issue in the past, before Covid, and upon further checking I see they still have the 2 day free shipping promotional add up as of today. I ordered the contacts over a month ago and they refuse to refund me unless I return them. I told them I can't return them when I haven't recieved them.
I purchased 2 pairs of contacts two weeks ago and I have not received them. I am unable to track the package and I have emailed the company on numerous occasions and no response. I have called and still not response.
