Everything noted in the ad was what it said. The product came in a nice secured box - no damage noted. Added Batteries and went to the range. Great feedback from the voice caddie on helping me determine my distance per club; as well as the swing speed associated with it. So far so go. Thanks,

I have been trying to take care of a defective product for a month bought it from Amazon, but is out of their return time. I was able to contact voicecaddie but took them over a week to get back on the initial contact with them. They created and RMA and had me send the product back. I have tracking they received my device but have not been able to get any further contact from them sent multi pal emails and left voice mails. Still no response. So now I do not even have the item I purchased. Even with COVID *** going on I should be able to get some sort of response.
And another week has went by with no response. I really like the great customer service voicecaddie has.

I know times are different right now but it seems like voicecaddie support and response is lacking. I would like a status on RMA AUXXXXXXXX I tried to call about this with no reply now I am sending an email again communication was started on this defected devise almost a month ago. And feel I am still at the starting stages of getting this taken care of.
