failed its test, which the customer had stated a possible issue with before they brought the car in. The original customer gave permission to do the repairs. We do all the the repairs and the other person calls and give more info about the overheating and poss. Head gasket problem. We pressure test the cooling system which test good and we did another test to see if the coolant had any exhaust gasses in it which is done by a chemical reaction (actual tester for this problem) and it tested fine. The car came back 3 days later and complained of overheating, We took the car and found anti freeze leak from the water pump. When we pulled the car into the bay for repair the car was smoking and running terrible which was running fine before so we tested the car and found head gasket was bad with the same tester as before. We immediately called the original customer and gave them the information and did not do the waterpump that was leaking. That is when the other person called me to see what was going on with the vehicle. The person that has filed the complaint to the Revdex.com is not the same person that brought the car to us for these problems. The person that filed the complaint is some relation to the actual person and appears that he does not know the entire story.
