I have just received a complaint letter regarding the reactivation of VocaTalk, a discontinued product of VocamediaI have stopped all services and sales of VocaTalk as of 2/1/The activation in the product requires the

Review: In February, I purchased the VocaTalk software. Impressed by the software, I purchased a second license. I formatted the computer. When I re-installed the software in October, I found that my activation keys did not work.Desired Settlement: Ideally, I want to activate the software.1. Activate the software or2. Refund

I have just received a complaint letter regarding the reactivation of VocaTalk, a discontinued product of Vocamedia. I have stopped all services and sales of VocaTalk as of 2/1/2015. The activation in the product requires the online service to be available. Therefore, the previously sold licenses can not technically be reused/reactivated. I will try to contact the user and offer a free version with the same capabilities. If this doesn't work, or the user requests a refund, I will send him/her a refund.
