Review: [redacted] does vocal lessons in the city via 7-hour group workshops which she offers at a buy one get one free discount (should've been my first warning). I attended the first one which consisted mostly of repeated drills (which you can easily find online) and an occasional posture correction... For seven hours. It was a new experience but probably not worth all of the money.At the end of our particular session she ran out of time and tried to coerce all students to use their free lesson the following day in order to complete the list of objectives she had set forth in the session offerings. I told her repeatedly I would not be attending and would reach out to her to set up my second session - she was clearly displeased but didn't say much at the time- even gave me a hug as we exited. When I reached out to her she stated that I was rude and that she hoped we "never crossed paths again." She refused to provide me with my second workshop and also refused to refund my money. I am not impolite and have honestly never had an experience like this in my life. Despite multiple emails she still has not refunded my money. She has not responded to a single email and it is extremely difficult to get in touch with her, due to her being out of state.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for half of the payment made to [redacted]. $112.50
