Review: On or about April 9, 2013, I met with **. [redacted], who is a tax preparer, to prepare my 2012 Federal and state taxes. **. [redacted] reviewed my taxes and we agreed that he would prepare them and he would contact me to review them before he submitted them to the IRS. I give **. [redacted] a check in the amount of $500.00 and all of my tax documents that he needed to complete my taxes. **. [redacted] deposited my check within days after receiving it. **. [redacted] stated that my taxes would be ready for filing by April 15th deadline. I contacted **. [redacted] numerous times during that timeframe because the filing deadline was near and I hadn't heard from **. [redacted]. He was non-responsive. When **. [redacted] finally returned my calls, the deadline had passed and he informed me that he had filed an extension. Which I am not sure he has done. On April 22, 2013, **. [redacted] contacted me to informed me that he had prepared my taxes and he emailed them to me. I had several questions that I wanted to discuss with him. We agreed to meet but I had gotten ill and was unable to meet that week. The following week I contacted **. [redacted] to inform him that I could meet with him to review my taxes so that they could be filed. **. [redacted] spoke to me on occasions to make arrangements to meet with me and never followed through. **. [redacted] arranged appointments and would not showed up or would send me a text message that he was unable to make the appointment. I have contacted **. [redacted] throughout the month of May but to no avail, **. [redacted] has not met with me nor has he returned my tax documents. The times that **. [redacted] has responded to me, he has made excuses for not being able to meet with me. As of May 31th, **. [redacted] has not returned my calls nor answered my texts. I have demanded that he return my tax documents to me so that I can get a reliable tax preparer to prepare my taxes. I have been taken advantage of. **. [redacted]'s business is highly unprofessional and poorly represented.Desired Settlement: **. [redacted] has not provided or delivered services that he agreed to when I initially met with him; therefore, I would like **. [redacted] to refund my $500.00 that was paid to him to prepare my taxes and also to return my 2012 tax documents that was given to him to prepare my taxes.

She forgot to admit that her case was dismissed by the BBC and that she stated that her refund was larger from the previous year. We do not guarantee refund amounts it against IRS regulations. We sent her the completed returns and returned her original paper work.
