I received services from this dentistry on 5/27/2020 and 6/4/2020. Both times I was told that my insurance would be accepted and covered as "in-network". I was later informed that this dentistry is not considered in-network under ANY insurance providers. I was sent a bill for the services rendered that were not paid for under my insurance policy (I received minimal out-of-network coverage).

The deficiency relates to the fact that I was told that my insurance would cover the expense for the services rendered (i.e In Network Coverage), and I even made a payment for the estimated amount I would owe under my insurance plan (under the implication that I would receive in-network coverage). I confirmed with my insurance provider that this dentistry is considered out of network, and was told to reach back out to the dentist for negotiation. Those efforts were unsuccessful.
