VL Moving and Storage damaged the floor boards during moving my furniture out of my rental home in California. I have spoken to the owner multiple times, sent emails, and left voice messages for a refund of the damages. Still no refund after 6 months. Also in the moving quote and subsequent emails, VL Moving USA promised shipping of my motorcycles. The moving truck arrived two days late and did not have room for my motorcycles! I have to arrange separate shipping for them at the last moment.
Here is yet another email sent to VL Moving USA on 2/22/2020:
I am sending this email to inquire about the request for damage to the floorboards at *** CA on August 16, 2019. The original claim was emailed to you on August 20th, 2019. I have also spoken with you and left voice messages multiple times by phone. It has been six months, and I am still waiting for my damage reimbursement check of $200. Please address this claim and send the reimbursement check as soon as possible.

Another email was sent from the rental owner, ***
I'm the homeowner; During the move out process, you damaged the flooring. I have photos of the floor transitions that were ripped from their foundations by your movers. The cost of the materials and installation was $200.00; your email claims that "Our Secret to Being Number One is Our Quality'"; it doesn't seem very quality to go dark on a client during a damage dispute. Please give me a call directly at ***. I have copies of the receipts for the material if that is what is needed in order to get this processed.

Refund Per explained in letter above, VL Moving USA needs to send a reimbursement check of $200.
I have been unable to contact VL Moving USA also. I was promised a "review" of my damage report over 5 months ago; still no resolution. Voice messages and emails are continuing to go unanswered. Please continue to contact this company in my behalf. I will notify you of any response that I receive from the owners.
