Vivlio Solutions

Having paid $799.00 for the publication of a manuscript which included the printing of the manuscript, the ISBN number, a cover, and an initial web page I have heard nothing from Nikki H, the representative, nor from the company since October 2, 2019. I have called the phone number given and was was unable to reach anyone. I did receive an acknowledgement of payment but nothing else.
I would like a refund of monies paid and a return of the manuscript since this company is unable or does not want to follow through with the stated offer stipulations.
