Defaults products with constant annoying sounds from main panel
Dear Revdex.com I am ready to have Vivint termínate our contract for failure to provide safety to my home and fix their equipment I know I filed a previous complaint but since them a smoke detector went out we purchased 3 type of batteries for it still out it has been switched several times and I can't even enjoy the main level of my home because of the on going beep from the main panel it is so bad our Christmas party had to be moved as some of my guest found it just as annoying
Yet for the past 6 months they've kept on charging g my credit cards and bank
I am going to let them respond with an apology and a whiling to break the contract or else face my attorneys I expect the last 6 months to be refunded to my card by both Vivint & Cotizens one
