On Sept 19 sought franks help ina business logo design approved design at the time an dneeded 2 sample shirts before a large order. Contacted him on oct 21st and we still had no shirts he said waiting on material. In November he said shirts done, went to pick up and they were not correct and logo was purple. Stated not what we wanted and we talked and he said he would redo to less complex colors and would get it done. We had already paid him 258.00 and as on today he is not done. Refused refund and cannot use logo he designed. Completely upset
