I do not remember the original company I contacted or made an order with, but I suspect it originated from renewing my AMC theatre card, I am making every effort to track the original source. But whomever it was, the transaction ended with my choice of one of three free gifts, of which I chose the VivaLux skin cream for my wife. The ad CLEARLY stated "One Time Purchase" with payment of shipping. There was no fine print to read, nothing to agree to beyond the shipping charges and no revolving charges whatsoever. I had this happen once before and it ended with a lawsuit with the originating company and a refund of the charges, so my fraud alert antennas have been up ever since. I no longer sign up for anything and am VERY prudent about any gifts offered as Thank You gifts for that very reason and the VivaLux offer was no different. It advertised a One Time transaction and has charged me over $200.00, this is a SCAM!!!
