We have received this complaint from Mr***We signed Mr[redacted] up in October of and he has not been a client of ours for over a year and a halfWe have completed all services contracted for this clientFurthermore we do not work with a freelance website and have absolutely no idea what Mr [redacted] is talking aboutWe also sent client updates via phone and email (I could send those email updates as proof that we were diligent in our efforts in working with Mr***We find it very odd that Mr[redacted] is asking for a refund almost three years later! We take pride in our work and do not like being called "scammers"Mr [redacted] was also not "Ripped Off"! We will not be issuing a refund at this timeMr [redacted] is free to call us directly and discuss any other optionsThank You
