Customer called us out for issue with leaking furnaceTechnician arrived and cleared condensate drain on 2nd floor air handler and checked operation after drain was clearedEverything ok at this timeCustomer called back the next day and said water is leaking againTechnician arrived and found drain for 1st and 2nd floor unit had backed up againTechnician asked customer if she had a sump pump and she didTechnician found that sump pump was unplugged from the wallBecause it was unplugged, the well was overflowing due to it being turned offThis was not due to anything our technician did, nor is that something that we normally check as it's not part of the hvac systemOnce technician plugged in sump pump, he removed water from secondary drain pan and system was draining properly
