Review: On 2/**/16 they were contracted to come to my house and nothing was the same ever again. They were initially contracted to fix my toilets and Ray recommended that something be done to my heater. I took his advise and now I am living to regret it.

Bottom line, they did a poor job on my heater which left me with completely no heat in my home. On the 2/**/16, I call them back to my home to fix the problem and absolutely nothing was done. Instead the person who came to my house turn a lever in a opposite direction that was recommended by his co-worker Sergio.

On 2/**/16 my house was flooded and had a broken pipe because he came and turn the lever in the opposite direction without informing me. When I went to my basement and saw what happened I called the owner and he basically never listened to a word I had to say regarding my complaints.

I felt cheated, belittled and robbed. They were all very unprofessional and rude except Sergio.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $100.00 I paid to them. In addition to the $692.69 that I had to pay two (2) days later to a more professional and reputable plumbing company to have my issues resolved.
