Review: This is a complaint about Vitello Sewer, Water Main, Htg, & Plmg, Srv.Inc. The plumbing work done by Vitello Sewer on my house generator that failed the town safety inspection. I hired [redacted] to perform plumbing work, 50% of deposit ($1500) with a check were sent on 4/**/2013. The actual plumbing work was perform on 5/**/2013 and remaining balance was paid in cash ($1500) on the same date.

5/**/2013, the town inspector inspected the generator plumbing work and failed due to safety violations.

6/*/2013, I sent a letter to Vitello Sewer attention to [redacted] stating the safety violations. I have clearly stated that I paid in full amount with the understanding that his company will return and perform appropriated correction in order to pass the inspection. I have also mentioned I will hire a licensed plumber to correct his original work at his expense within 30 days time period.

7/*/2013, I have attempted to contact [redacted] via registered mail with a follow up letter. Unfortunately, the letter was unclaimed and returned on 8/*/2013.

**Due to space limited online, copy of estimate and letters are available upon requested**Desired Settlement: I am requesting the Vitello Sewer, Water Main, Htg, & Plmg, Srv Inc to compensate my expense of hiring [redacted] in the amount of $1500 for the work that Vitello Sewer failed to perform.
