Jun 16, 2015 at 8:53 AMSubject: Update on complaint: [redacted]To: [email protected] did receive my vitamin order yesterday, June 15th, original order date to the company was June 3rd. The vitamins did not come from the company I originally ordered from which was 'Vitamin You'. They came from this address: [redacted]P.O. Box [redacted]Staten Island, NY [redacted]I tried to '[redacted]' the address this was shipped from, name, address and company and still can't find a person or company online. I'd like to know who I did business with. Although I am thankful my order came, despite asking for a full refund, the company 'Vitamin You' should be checked out thoroughly! Their 'website' says there is '24/7 support with reps standing by to answer your call', nothing could be further from the truth. I couldn't get a response from them for over 10 days after leaving 3 voice mails, a direct email and a support email via their website. Although I received an instant email notification that they got my order on June 3, promising a follow up email with a tracking number, it didn't come for over 10 days, then it was priority 3 day mail because I complained. The vitamins came from a totally separate company name and address and the company address on the Vitamin You website isn't an accurate address either, the city doesn't match the zip code. My biggest concern was and still is, that they have my credit card number! Yet, I have no idea who these people 'really' are, it's like a website 'store front' that's not a real company. What next steps will you take? I'm concerned they'll use my credit card without my knowledge, because I really have no idea who 'Vitamin You' is or who I trusted to do business with. I don't want a $53 transaction to 'cost' me more than I bargained for in the end. Thank you,[redacted]###-###-#### Cell[redacted].[redacted].net
