I got trial. Cancelled. Billed me full amt. Cancelled again.Cant find my acc.Recd more. C.S.delays to go beyond 30 days.NoVoucher I READ ENTIRE SITE!
Same complaint as others.paid S&H cancelled right away.Billed my card twice for $89.95. They removed 2 charges. Offered $100 voucher to say sorry. No voucher read. Another box arrived charging full amt.C.S. can not locate my account.I read every word on their site.Go back to look at emails they no longer exist 404 error. Did more digging, so far 4 hrs39 mins on phone 8 emails returned n/a.I retained info about contact info. They require a RMA# w/in 30 days to run. # they provide they do not answer. The numbers I do have for ordering say"rest assured no need to worry the product is mine to keep no further charges" I demand theRMA# said to check my spam again. I have many times.They refuse to give it.Just recd another box. Says return info inside.I found a different product and packing slip with return address. I googled address first thing comes up is Revdex.com complaints from others. Same as mine . They change their Co name on each contact. My order mos in ? are ...XXXXX...XXXXX...XXXXX...Hemp oil.Hemp pain cream...hemp capsules. This is a scam.It is guaranteed 100% cbd not hemp! It's hemp. Might as well be cooking oil.Their site states 100% refund for any reason. That is not happening for me.They admit they are 3rd party when they can and can't find my account!I feel violated.I did everything correct. Read the fine print, when I said that they offered $100 voucher I never got. Give me the RMA# I'll send it back. They won't. They said I can return it but no guarantee.Now putting me at 30 days. Now they say it's too late. They should be stopped but they will reopen with another name, disappearing emails.Google the address it sure is a 3rd party house. Find my account - refund my bank - stop sending me anything. Send their $100 apology voucher.I could hear cheering in the back ground that they just ripped off someone else. I'd like to not feel so much hate for people like this it interferes with my relationship with ***!

They took money out the bank again .Total $258.64 . Bank of America filed the claim against them today claim number XXXXXXXXXXXX. The latest charge of $89.95 was withdrawn September 20 . Just on this last shipment alone I've called September 17 when it was pending September 19 was cashed come back on September 20 because it was cashed and every time they say rest assured we're taking care of it in the back office and you'll hear from us within 24 to 48 hours that's after the product before calling on August 17 20th 31st and September 7 and rest assured that this account was closed we were finished there's nothing else and then 10 days later another charge so the bank is refunding the money . That's good unless they keep messing with me this is ridiculous . Thank you this company has several phone numbers. The latest one I used is XXX XXX-XXXX . I've talked to a girl named Sam a girl named L EL LE and Cassidy . L was the only one who would give me her employee number and that is DH XX-XXXXXX . Based they still refuse to give me the RMA number the number I need to write on the package to return it within 30 days and I'm at the end of the 30 days almost answer the phone and hang up without saying anything on me unless I call from a different number now . My complaint is this company is a rip off and a fraud company.
Debit card info XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,purchase date 06/12/18. Problem date 06/26/18 my debit card was used by this company for an additional amount of $89.95 and when asked why they took my money the response was trial period was up. When I ordered this product it didn't say anything about cancel in 10 days or you will be charged $89.95, this was only brought to my attention when I called to ask why was my money taken out of my account. After the subscription was cancelled the representative still said that even though it's been canceled I do not get my money back and I think that is deceitful of them to just take people money.
I am seeking a refund of $89.95 back from this company.
When customer placed order they agreed to our terms and conditions which clearly state, "Trials are 14 days(10 day trial + 4 days S&H) from the shipment date. If the subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial the customer is charged for the full price of the received bottle ($89.95). Thirty days from the original ship date, and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled., the customer will be charged for and sent a new bottle at $89.95 with $0.00 S&H." Customer did not cancel prior to the trial ending so no refund is due at this time.
Big scam artist
On May 24th 2018 I went online and found some cannabis oil for sale as a free trial which the price was $4.95 so I ordered it and as I completed my order another special offer popped up as I was completing my order it says that they will give me a free trial of pain cream, 4 days later my order arrived I open the box and it was the cannabis oil and the pain cream, then on June 7th 2018 they deducted $179 out of my bank account for the cannabis oil and the pain cream, I only had a free trial as it was advertised they said that I agree to it how can I agree with something that I never signed a contract even online and they never sent me no type of information about that I would have to pay for this if I have a two-week trial and I didn't want it I was never informed of that II called
I would very much like for them to refund all of my money $179
I am not sure what is happening but it is stating that I have already replied which I did not. However, after looking into this customers case, on 6/25/18 a refund of $179.90 was issued as per his request. Depending on his card company's policies it can take up to ten business days for the credit to appear on his statement on our end however the refund credit has already been issued.

After all the paperwork I put in I was finally refunded my money
Vita CSR shipped me male enhancement pills that I didn't order. Now they want me to either pay for the product, or pay to return it.
Today, April 9th, I received some male enhancement pills in the mail. I never ordered these pills, but there is an invoice with my name on it in the package. The order id number is XXXXXX-XXXXXX. The invoice shows that I ordered SKU *** "Maximizer" on April 2nd. I called to inform Vita CSR that I did not order the product, and they wouldn't accept that answer. They even listed off a bogus email that I supposedly logged in with. They asked me to just try the product and purchase it. I imagine this is how they run their business.. pushing their product on people and then scaring them into buying it. I am going to send it back just to make sure there is no way they can bill me for this. There is no payment method as I never ordered the product.
I don't want any more of their product sent to me, and I want to be removed from whatever database they are using to send these bogus orders from.
We issued the customer a full refund on 4/11/18 which is the same day we received the return and the payment went back to the card we had on file which ended in ***.

I am glad that they refunded my money, but I have no idea how they got the information to begin with.
