Ordered a eos chapstick. Instead received four fake mouse furry cat toys that were laced with chemicals for cats. Touched the toy cuz it was open and touched face & immediately got a welt. This will be reported. What the h is their problem?
Tried multiple times to cancel subscription to production I do not want after bad free trial. Cannot get answer from company via phone or email.
Company is fraudulent. I've stopped payment via my credit card company because I cannot get response to my request to cancel subscription to a dietary supplement I should never have bought in the first place. I am not worried about getting my money back at this point, I just want off their subscription list, for them to stop sending me production, and to no longer be charged for something I do not want.
I want to be removed from their subscription list, no longer sent product, and no longer charged for product I do not want.

We just wanted to confirm receipt of this dispute. We spoke with *** on October 2nd, and on that day we cancelled all future bottles of our products to her. In addition, her last bottle was refunded to her. We wish her the best and hope that this helps to settle this dispute.
Ordered sample and now can't cancel. It keeps coming!!!
