Vita Soli

This company stole money from my account. They took two different charges out and were never authorized to do so.
This company advertised a free jar of eye cream if you agree to pay shipping, which I did. They sent a jar of cream and then proceeded to take two charges out of my account, a month a part from each other without any authorization whatsoever. One charge in the amount of $89.95 and then 5 days later another one for $87.95. There is no record or website or contact info for this company and I have filed disputes through my bank and need to get my money back from these thieves immediately.

Have tried in vain to contact through apparently fraudulent phone numbers
and email addresses to get RMA number to return my trial product and to keep
them from charging for future automatic shipments (unless you cancel within
the 14 day limit but none of their supposed contacts works to do that) and
after 5 days of trying to contact I received a $89.95 charge on my card. Bank
said I could not put a block on a charge from them (which was different company
than the original trial order charge...1st charge for trial said "CONSTANT UPDATE"
and 2nd charge of $89.95 was from "VSLIQUEAN".

Of all their info provided
www.facebook.com/vitasoliSkin/ was the only contact that answered "they would get back to me"
which they did not.
