I purchased posters from this company, and when I received them, they were not what I expected due to blurry images on the website. Upon calling to find out how to return for a refund, they state that posters are non refundable due to them being damaged frequently. I spoke with the general manager after hours yesterday, and she recommended calling during business hours. I called today (5/21/2019), and the customer service employee gave me a different reason for not refund posters, stating that it was difficult to enter them back into inventory. I stated that the posters had never been hung, and they were still in the shipping container. They did not have the information that I was looking for, and that there was no policy about posters being non refundable when I purchased them. Today, I checked out the website, and in their returns and refunds tab at the bottom of their page, it has that information there; however, that information is not listed anywhere on the item description or during the purchasing/checkout process at all to warn customers that the purchase is final, no refunds, returns or exchanges.
