Customer came in the office today and spoke at length with the owner as well as the office manager We hope we answered all questions concerning the service or lack there of and the issues involving customer technical support We are sorry to have not been able to resolve the issues before the customer cancelled service We don't like to have any customers leave us due to poor service

The access point in the neighborhood has been updated We are working on resolving a speed issue that is taking time to track down I have told the client I will be more than happy to compensate his billing once we fix the issue
