Vista Property Management, Inc.

Vista Property Management does not put the customer first. I feel they take advantage of their position. Trying to resolve and issue is a never ending game of unanswered emails and voicemails. They contradict their own bylaws in regards to uniformity and who is responsible for updates. Getting a work order completed in a timely manner is almost impossible, I waited over a month for them to fix a leaky roof. When they did investigate the roof they cut a hole in my drywall and never came to repair it. My only hope is that one day they are treated the same way they treat those that are stuck living under there supervision.
