She is trying to tell me that they upgraded my shipping status, so they are taking that out of my moneywell, I paid over $for shipping.what was that for? I ordered a flag and was not happy with it when I received it. It was very poor quality and not as presented on their website. Therefore, I returned it within 30 days, exactly as I received it, even in the same packaging. After a couple weeks and still not receiveing a refund, I called them. The woman who answered told me they had issued a refund of $40. I paid over $70! She is trying to tell me that they upgraded my shipping status, so they are taking that out of my money.. well, I paid over $20 for shipping.. .what was that for? They did NOT upgrade my shipping, no matter what they say. I paid for the upgraded shipping. I have proof! Nevertheless, all I get is $40.. .AND I HAVEN'T EVEN GOT THAT!! Time will tell. The days of people having values are gone.
