Place used to be good years Ago. Now charges you top dollar for d terrible service.
The spa took my money for a package I bought and I made a appointment and they accepted and set date and time ,that day Before my appointment they (spa) text me to confirm appointment ,so I took the day off from work and two hours before my set time they canceled my appointment ,saying the lady who was going to supply the services ,didn’t feel comfortable in keeping the appointment due to the Covid 19 scenario, but I made the appointment two weeks prior and they confirm my appointment the day before ,and then pulled *** after going back and forth with them ***then they said oh she will keep the appointment after all after I already went back to work . *** trying to get my money back ,when they said they can’t refund my money due to they didn’t work for four months before hand *** They took my money and now won’t honor the request of a refund
Hello.
We are aware of this situation and dealt with *** the best way we could. Given the enormous impact this pandemic has had on our business financially, we tried to accommodate him as best we could. ***
*** his $*** will be credited back to his account in the not so distant future.
We are considering the matter closed on our end. I hope it can be closed with the Revdex.com as well. Feel free to contact me directly via email if necessary.
Thank you,
Dan S
On July 9th 2019, I scheduled an appointment with the Viso Bello Spa for a *** treatment. After the treatment, it was determined by the employee (dermatology nurse), that my skin type was not appropriate for the treatment. At that time, I was exacted a refund on my debit card, for service completed that day. That concluded by patronage with Viso Bello.
After this interaction is where my issues began. On the dates 09/03, 10/03, 11/03, and 12/04, unbeknownst to me, my debit card was charged $84.02. After balancing my check book on 12/03, I discovered a total amount of $336.08, that was inappropriately charged to my debit card. I would like to make it clear that I did not sign up for a recurring service or treatment plan. These charges were levied without my permission, and I did not schedule or receive any services.
On 12/04/2019, I traveled to the Viso Bello Spa and explained the problem. Upon arrival, I spoke to a woman named "Carla", I asked to speak to a manager, at which time she stated there wasn't one available. After a lengthy discussion, she called over another employee named "Orlando". Orlando relayed to Carla that he did in fact remember me, and after inquiring into the computer records, he agreed that the charges placed on my debit card were a mistake on their end. Carla then offered to give me a gift card for $336.08. I absolutely refused, and stated that I wanted a refund, as I needed the money to balance my check book. Follow an attempt to barter with me, Orlando and Carla made a decision to refund my debit card for half of the amount ($168.04), and stated that they would have a check for the remainder ($168.04) on 12/06/2019.
On the afternoon of 12/06/2019, I telephoned Viso Bello, and inquired if the check was ready. I again spoke to Carla. She explained that the salon ran out of checks and to call back in a few days. I then became frustrated and asked to speak to the owner. She stated that it was not necessary and he doesn't handle issues like this. I again explained that I was promised a check for $168.04 and a debit card refund for $168.04, and that I have received neither at this point. She then stated that that its going to take time. I asked why was I told, I would have a check on 12/06, and now they are reneging? She then stated that she never said that. I then became more frustrated and told them I was going to the *** Police and filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. She then said, "have fun", and hung up on me. This was extremely inappropriate.
Since then I have emailed salon and asked for the owner, Dan to call me, to resolve the issue. I have not received any correspondence or a refund as of this date (12/08/2019).

On November 1, 2019 I was charged $345 by Viso Bello. This amount had not been authorized by me. I immediately contacted Viso Bello the following morning in person. It was explained to me that for the past 5 months there was a system error on their end that resulted in some people not being charged their monthly massage membership of $69. On November 1 the error was apparently resolved and I was charged all back dues at once. I explained to the front desk that this surprise charge was unfair and has now placed me in a negative financial situation. I requested an immediate refund and was told someone would contact me later in the day to make arrangements. I was also told that per my membership agreement I had agreed to pay $69 per month. I do not agree that I am at fault for not noticing they were not pulling my dues. While I agree that I did agree to $69 PER month, I did not agree to 5 months at once. I have not heard back from anyone regarding this issue despite attempts through email and text. While that amount may seem small to some, my current budget expenses did not account for this and I am now unable to pay bills or even get gas. I explained the severity this caused me, and was only told someone would call me. Also, upon review of my membership account I have not been credited the 5 massages. Therefore, I am arguing that my money was taken from me for no services rendered and am requesting a refund of the $345. I do not want the massages credited to me. Thank you!
Hi *** I am aware of this incident and informed Orlando to contact you with a refund. This was a few days ago. I apologize to you for this and that you were not notified. The switching of software systems has affected many clients. In any event, we will issue you a refund via your account or issue you a check. Let me know which you would prefer. Thank you, Dan

On July 1, 2018 I visited Viso Bello for my normal waxing procedure. On the following day, I felt like my shin was on fire and I had a sunburn. On July 2nd I notified the owner, Dan S about what happened and sent pictures. Mr. S promptly replied and apologized for the adverse reaction, and offered me a refund. I emailed Mr. S regarding the refund on 7/26 and 8/3, and have received no correspondence in return.
Mr. S offered me a refund for the treatment and I have seen no credit on my credit card statement. I would like the funds I paid refunded as I was told. Thank you.
We attempted to refund *** money the day after 7/2/18 on 7/3. I have been corresponding with him for the past month up until YESTERDAY 8/5/18. If he did not receive his refund, he simply could have told me that without writing to the Revdex.com. We are looking into this matter today and if a refund was not issued on 7/3/18, it will be refunded asap. Thank you

The credit has been made to my account, but the businesses response is not completely accurate. While it is true that Dan has been corresponding with me, I was never notified that the credit was processed. This is all I wanted to know. It took this complaint to find out the information.
