Quality products, expert installation, and superb customer service summarize Visionaire. They will do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind is at the highest level. We had 22 windows and two exterior doors replaced, and during installation, one window was discovered to have a scratch that occurred during manufacturing and it was almost invisible. They could have left it and I never would have known it was there, but instead, they immediately ordered a replacement glass and came back less than 4 weeks later to replace the scratched glass. That type of honesty is (disappointingly) rare in business nowadays, but incredibly refreshing. The owner (Tim) and his business philosophy is apparent in all employees and it is obvious that every one of them takes pride in the business and its reputation. I give Visionaire the highest recommendation I can give.
