Vision Works

Very rude behaviour by the front desk agent on my visit of 22 September at 145 pm. The lady abused me by saying" get the f___ out of here. Get your ae put here your ae whole". This is how you treat your customers especially a senior of 80 years old. I just went there to talk to an agent Cliff who was not there and then I asked for the Corporate office number to pursue my claim matter.
Today also I called at 245pm and nobody answered the call. When I reached Old Post office after 15 minutes there were 3 agents on the front desk doing nothing but they did not bother to pick the phone which was still on the answering recording.
Shame on this service
