In response to our patient’s rebuttal there were several “no shows” 7/10/15, 11/14/and 7/10/The issue of importance is the patient’s satisfaction with her insurance provided glassesEach time the patient returned to our office we were happy to make adjustments to her glasses to maximize comfort of the glasses chosen by the patient and the patient left happy with the fit and thanked our OpticianGlasses sometimes become misshapen due to high temperatures of the handling of the glasses by the wearer and we are always willing to make adjustments to straighten or tighten our patient’s glasses at no cost to the patient, however, we cannot be responsible for the patient's cost of transportation to and from our office for these adjustments
