I purchased 2 pair of glasses from here and was told they would be ready in 2 weeks and they would call when they got them in. I didn't receive a call for 2 1/2 weeks, so I called and asked if they were ready. Unknown to me, they had been on back order and would take another week. When I called a week later I was told they were ready to be picked up. The glasses that were given to me were not what I was told I was getting. The young girl who I ordered them from claimed I the glasses I wanted didn't come in the color frame I wanted, so she needed to order a different pair in a different color. They ended up being a child's pair of glasses and not even close to what I was told was being ordered. I explained to one of the other employees what had happened and they said that I never had to order different frames and that the girl must have not known what she was doing. They then told me they would put in a new order and would call me back that same day to tell me when I could expect them to be ready for pick up. I called a week later to ask about them once again, because I hadn't received yet another call, and no order had been put through for my new order. I paid several hundred dollars for glasses and I still have no idea what is going on with them. No one will answer my questions regarding the status of them or why nothing has been done. I just keep getting told they will "call me back". Unfortunately, I no longer have insurance, so I cannot just cancel my order and go somewhere else.
