None of the invoices are the correct amounts. I've asked several times for updated accurate invoices based on the items we recieved each week. I have been told by our initial sales rep & the first 2 delivery guys that the delivery person would make adjustments to match what was delivered. We had 3 different delivery guys in less than 9 months. They must be an awful company to work for since nobody wants to stay with them for long.

Once I expressed how unhappy I was with their service, I was also contacted by a regional customer service rep, Scott [redacted] about having a meeting to go over our account & that didn't happen until 3 months later when I told them I was looking for a different linen company. Scott [redacted] called me to tell me he was going on vacation in September, but would set up a time to meet when he returned. I never heard from him until I contacted him in December.

The lack of communication regarding what is delivered vs what is invoiced has me extremely concerned. I do not have the time to continually back track & double check the accuracy. I need to be able to trust that our vendors are only billing me for product received. This company is unethical, shady, sneaky & all things your business should stay away from.

They increased prices without notifying me. We regularly recieved the wrong size linens. We were billed for paper towels we didn't receive, for Chef coats we didn't receive, for mop heads that were never changed out, for rugs that were never changed out.

Whenever I would contact someone from AmeriPride, I was always given the run around.
