Vision Galore

Review: No customer service or support. Nobody answers the phones. Product was not delivered in the time frame as promised. I still have not received my prescription glasses I ordered over a month ago. Company mishandled my information regarding my prescription and contacted me multiple times to verify information that had already been provided, dragging out the process by over two weeks. I was told multiple times to expect delivery by a certain date and have not received my product. They shipped the frames back and forth "to the lab" at least twice unnecessarily after not properly reading the information I had provided. I would never have spent hundreds of dollars if I knew it would take almost two months. I could have gathered sand and smelted my own glasses by hand in this time frame. Any company that handles themselves in this manner should be ashamed.Desired Settlement: I would still like to recieve my purchase.

Review: Never received the sunglasses that I've ordered two months ago. On and off email replies with endless excuses. NEVER picks up their 888 customer service phone line. They just stopped replying to my emails two weeks ago. Never shipped out my order. Took my money like thieves.Desired Settlement: REFUND IN FULL.
