Vision Financial Markets

Review: [redacted] from Vision Financial first contacted me about two months ago. She stated that she was collecting on my Capital One account. I was confused because Northland Group has called me as well. I contacted Capital One and they informed me that I owe $368.00. [redacted] proceeded to call several time and I spoke with her every time. She even had her Supervisor put on the phone who stated that she would write down " I was being non-compliant and refused to pay my bills". In addition, I spoke with [redacted] again and she informed me that now Vision is Calvary Collections and that I owed almost $500.00. Capital One informed me to pay the amount to them. On 8/**/2016 another collector from Vision Financial called and told me that I owed $468.00. I informed him of the above and stated I had contacted the Revdex.com. Today, August [redacted], 2013, I am formally filing a complaint. [redacted] from Vision Financial is still contacting my phone. Her last call was today at 1:47pm. I have also asked her to send all notices via email or mail. I have never received anything from Vision Financial. However, Capital One and Northland Group have both sent me statements.Desired Settlement: Correct the error
