Mr*** was hired to complete a bathroom remodel due to leaksIf he considers these minor repairs I can’t imagine the type of work he would do if a full remodel was neededFurthermore, I don’t see how the work is unrelated if my whole complaint is regarding the bathroom remodel he completed
Mr*** was hired to complete the work while we were in escrow and I visited the work site several times to make sure there was no mold on the walls before he installed the shower stall
Mr*** has a fiduciary duty and a legal obligation to fix the current bathroom problem as he was hired to complete the remodel
Please see the attachments, and I would advise any future homeowners to stay away from this companyThis matter will be escalated if it’s not addressed

Vision Built Remodeling had a client in [redacted] who contacted us [2/14/2015. He was selling his house and needed to do some minor repairs on it in order to get it sold.We went out to his home and put in a new shower and did some drywall work. We wrapped the job up and collected...

final payment. Everything was great.He sold the home to someone new. We had no prior relationship with the new homeowner. The new homeowner contacted us, as he knew we had completed some work in the home. He brought up issues and problems in the house that were unrelated to any of the work that we did in the home. As such, we did not have any obligation to go out to the home or perform any work for him. It is clear to me that [redacted] from Vision Built has poor business ethics and lacks candor. In addition, it seems that he and his company have no intention of fixing the problem they were hired to fix.
Mr. [redacted] was hired to complete a bathroom remodel due to leaks. If he considers these minor repairs I can’t imagine the type of work he would do if a full remodel was needed.
