Mary was extremely nice on the initial phone call to inquire as to my water filter being stuck.
Jim called and tried to walk me through getting it un-stuck. That did not work. Jim called the next morning to check if that had helped...because it was still not removable for me, he came out and "presto" he was able to immediately remove it. Great service & affordable!

Vision Appliance Repair did a great job giving me the needed information to keep the appliances running efficiently. They inspected and/or repaired my oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, dryer, & washer. When I still had a problem with the washer, they came back as per their guarantee.
