Vision 162

I had an eye exam on September 26, 2017, paid for two pairs of glasses, used my medical allotment for the year and to date I have not received my glasses I am unable to leave a message as the phone goes right to voice mail and the mailbox is full I have not received a phone call and each time I go to their office it is closed They also have not mailed my glasses to me
I have heard of several similar situations from other people and this is going on weeks now when I was told delivery would be in 2-weeks
I am very disappointed that I have not received any communication from this business at all after spending $in product
