I sublet the job for a condenser and consumer refused to pay for the hour jobI would not return it to him until he paid for itA & E Welding in Visalia did the work and was authorized by the company to do the work, which I was charged for
We did complete the job he just did not want to pay for it, he only paid for what he could pay for a new condenserI told him he could not have his part back until he paid for it*** is the owner of A & E Welding

Visalia Radiator company is completely in all statements made in there response
1.The repair was never authorized by my self or anyone else in my company
V.R.did not say that there would any type of third party.In fact I was told by the manager *** that "his guy was at lunch and that he was not sure it could be repaired
3.The Manager *** was instructed to call me within the hour to advise whether or not aluminum condenser could be repaired as I was looking at price & availability of a new one
4.Visalia Radiator is required by law to provide an estimateIf there had been an estimate the manager would have known that it would have not feesable to repair
5.I called Manager *** exactly hrs after dropping part for repair to let *** know that NEW part was being ordered and that I could no longer wait on him
6.Manager lied up repairing Aluminum part in his shop as he had already involved a third party and failed to notify 3rd party repair shop
7.When I returned to Visalia Radiator shop to retrieve mounting brackets for new part *** was hostile and rude and demanded that I pay for a repair that WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED and looked to be poorly managed from the beginning
8.I had to call Visalia PD to retrieve brackets from damaged original condenser
9.Officer on the scene reprimanded *** from Visalia Radiator and advised me on how to proceed with my claim
Officer provided at statement along with mine on police report that will be used in small claims if required
10.WHO DOES A REPAIR WITHOUT A WRITTEN QOUTE OR ESTIMATE ?
*** attempted to hold mounting brackets for original damaged condenser until payment was made costing me a minute plus equipment down in the field at a minute
Very un professional tactics
